Merry Christmas Everyone!
I wanted to wish everyone an amazing Christmas and Happy Holidays. I hope everyone has an amazing time during this Christmas time :D
So I have been working on some things in the past weeks so let’s get started!
Amiga Tool Jam
The Amiga Tool Jam ended recently as I mentioned in my previous post Happy Halloween! Mnemosyne 1.0.2 & 1.1.0 Release!.
Now they have released the Final Points and the results are in!
Mnemosyne got 3rd place! I am so happy that people liked it and I am so happy that it got 3rd place!
I am also planning to make a new version of Mnemosyne with some new features soon so stay tuned for that!
You can check my previous posts about Mnemosyne here https://blog.arisamiga.rocks/tags/mnemosyne/
If you want to check out the rest of the entries you can check them out here https://itch.io/jam/amigatooljam/entries.
Linkedin-RSS v1.3.0
This Release is adding the use of the LastPost file
It allows the use of a much shorter time on schedule and it will not post duplicate blog posts on LinkedIn by saving the last blog post URL in the file.
You can also change the filename and location using the last_post_path
argument. (by default created at .github/.lastPost.txt
).
The Action also now supports
“Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect”.
A while back LinkedIn had the “Sign In with LinkedIn” product but they removed it. Now they have a new one called “Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect”. Both of the products are supported by the Action as of this release.
The README was updated with new instructions and more supported arguments for the Action.

helpers.js
There is a new Repository called helpers.js created by dalton-f that has some useful and amazing helper functions for use in any JavaScript project.
What are helper functions?
Helper functions are used to make your programs easier to read by giving names to different operations. They are also used to make your code more reusable.
I have contributed to the project by adding some functions that I have used in my projects.
Contributions are always welcome so if you have any functions that you want to add to the project you can do so by creating a pull request!
You can check out the project here https://github.com/dalton-f/helpers.js
These are some of the things I have been working on during the past weeks.
Hope you enjoyed this short post. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🎁🎄✨
